What is Drainage Cell?

PioneerTEX Drainage Cell was composed of 3D drain cell with porous tubes with needle punch nonwoven filter fabric to create an

effective water seepage, water storage and drainage system. Drainge Cell System, instead of pebbles water drainage is time saving, energy saving and investment saving. It can also reduce the load of the building.

Drainage Cell Product Features:

1.Water drainage: Drainage plate can be used in combination with non-woven to get rid of the rain immediately and effectively relieve the roof’s pressure caused by the instantaneous rainfall.

2.Water storage: Absorb and store redundant moisture leaking from the planting layer and supply needed moisture for the plant when the soil lacking of water to improve plant’s drought-resistance ability.

3.Ventilation: Special design helps the plant layer to have good air-ventilation ability at the bottom, improves ventilating situation and ensures the oxygen demand for root.

4.Heat insulation: The storage place for the drainage plate is at the bottom of the plant, helping the plant to stop from the sun direct illuminating and form a cool space, which can absorb heat from structure layer to form air troposphere.

5.Safety: Plastic storage and drainage plate‘s light weight will not enhance load for roof structure.

6.Environment protection: it is 100% recycling, won't cause secondary pollution to the environment.

7.Bearing performance: Bearing strength for storage-drainage plate can reach 80 ton per square as the highest, suitable for all kinds of landscape on the top.

8.Low price: ultra-light weight, easy installation, quick construction, low construction cost and simple maintenance.

The drainage cell functions as a protective membrane for waterproofing and provides ventilation for concrete slabs which alleviates heat induced stress and cracking. Futhermore if the wall is cracked and no efficient drainage is present contamination from the soil such as salts and other corrosive elements will futher contribute to the deteriation of the wall integrity.

Our production base was established in 2001. So far we have 4 needle punch production lines in Yizheng city, Jiangsu province. In order to expand production catalogue, we launched one lamination machine and around 10 special industrial sewing machines in 2003.

In addition to needle punch nonwoven, film laminated nonwoven, bags we also have 20 sets of jet loom to produce woven geotextile for geotube, and special High Strength woven geotextile for reinforcement. We also worked with other manufacturers such as warp knitted geo-grid, sheet drain (drainage sheet) to produce composite material based on needle punch nonwoven and woven geotextile.
