What is PP Plastic Extruded Geogrid?

PIONEERTEX GEOGRID BX range is manufactured out of Polypropylene by a unique punching and drawing process and provide an ideal solution for soil stabilization, sub-base reinforcement, foundation engineering and other highway challenges.

BX geogrid range feature high tensile stiffness at low strains and excellent resistance to construction damage and environmental exposure.

The geometry of the GeoGrid BX allows a strong positive mechanical interlock with the soil particles being reinforced. A significant saving in the fill improvement of thickness can be achieved by using the PIONEERTEX GeoGrid BX range of products along with the resistance to rutting.

What is PP geogrid and Nonwoven Geotextile Combigrid?

Plastic PP geogrid composite geotextile is a compound product made of PP geogrid and PET geotextile, especially designed for soil stabilization and reinforcement applications.The composite geogrids are manufactured by bonding a biaxial geogrid to a nonwoven polyester geotextile.

Our production base was established in 2001. So far we have 4 needle punch production lines in Yizheng city, Jiangsu province. In order to expand production catalogue, we launched one lamination machine and around 10 special industrial sewing machines in 2003.

In addition to needle punch nonwoven, film laminated nonwoven, bags we also have 20 sets of jet loom to produce woven geotextile for geotube, and special High Strength woven geotextile for reinforcement.
